"Yes the facilities inside the hotel were clean and well kept and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was close to public transportation and ease of accessing the city centre.
However there were no elevators and the facility has 4 floors, which means climbing many stairs. The internet was only available on the main floor ether in the breakfast room, lobby or outside smoking area. The smoking area was very congested with plants and had to be shared with many rodents that seem to scurry around...

"The Kempinski was excellent. An amazing property right on one of the most impressive streets in Munich! The one thing we didn’t love was the pool…the water was a bit chilly for our taste, especially after coming from warm heated pools at another property in southern Bavaria. We did also ask 3 times for our twin beds to be pulled apart (friends traveling); once in the booking, once at check in and a 3rd time later that same evening. We eventually did it ourselves, which is regrettable to report...

"The location of the Louis Hotel in Munich is fantastic…central, convenient, and especially great for Oktoberfest. We reserved four rooms during peak Oktoberfest season and overall enjoyed our stay.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, we occasionally found some of the restaurant and kitchen staff to be a bit curt in their interactions with us.
Given the premium pricing during peak season, we also felt parts of the hotel could use some reconditioning. Several flooring areas...
