"The place was nice. The staff were helpful and nice. I was happy that the hotel automatically didn’t clean the rooms unless asked.
I had a loft room that was ok. I had a good amount of space but going up and down stairs is never ideal.
It was mostly comfortable but the pillows were shockingly thin. They provided very little support. Other than that the bedding was fine.
There was a little kitchenette that was nice. I was glad to have plates and silverware to use for some meals.

"High quality hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. Great location in Old Town close to everything. Ayinger beer on tap and from the barrel was amazing. Unique place to stay in the heart of historic Old Town.
Room was elegant, clean, quiet and comfortable.
I had their breakfast on my last day and it was well presented and had many options. The team staffing the breakfast was charming and attentive.
Thank you Platzl staff for a great stay in Munich!"

"We came for Oktoberfest and stayed at Hotel Gio for three nights. The property location created super easy access to the festival, it was less than a 10 minute walk to get there. Plenty of dining options around. You’re about a 20 minute walk from Marienplatz.
The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. I recommend getting breakfast included, it was good food for a breakfast buffet. The staff were polite."

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special mention goes to Ahmet at the restaurant, where the food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional.
