"Warm & friendly staff from front desk to restaurant service, great breakfast. 10 mins walking distance to Lidl. We were able to take an Uber to the Stuttgart Messe and to the Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof. Thank you"

"The staff were great, and the room itself was pretty nice. I found a few things frustrating though: 1. Parking at the hotel costs 16 euros per day. Seems a little high for the area, but fair enough. The annoying part was that every time I needed to pay for parking, I had to bring my ticket into reception and pay at the front desk. Would be much easier to come and go if there was a pay machine in the garage. 2. Room cleaning: In the name of sustainability, they waited a full 7 days before servicing my room. I don't need fresh towels every day, but it would be nice to at least empty the (very small) trash bins once every few days. 3. Light switches: There were literally ten buttons on the wall. One of them was a light switch, and the rest did random things like open the shutters, switch off all the lights, and I don't even know what else because they were odd icons with no words. But when it's dark and you don't know which button to press, I needed a flashlight just to see which button turns the lights on. Annoying. 4. Radio in bathroom: Every time you turn the light on in the bathroom (another annoying switch), there is a radio in the wall that switches on automatically. Please switch it off by default."
