"I stayed in multiple places and this is the first to offer good hospitality. They let me in early, the checkin was quick and nice. Room was clean and had water which i really appreciate. Bathroom was super clean and nice. It’s about 12min walk from train station and it was worth it.

"Ein wirklich tolles 5-Sterne-Hotel! Der Service war exzellent, das Zimmer komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie kleine Unstimmigkeiten beim Check-in, könnten noch optimiert werden, aber das hat den positiven Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!"

"the included breakfast was good and the staff went out of their way to ensure that buffet items were available during the breakfast hours. the room was comfortable and clean, the bar fridge in the room was stocked with soda, juice and water each day. on thing to remember about Europe not all hotels have AC but a fan was provided."
"Easy 5 minute walk to property from the train station. Staff was very friendly and offered us Swiss chocolate at check in. We had a top floor room which was very spacious with two windows to open at night to cool off. They also had oscillating fans in the hallway to cool the room. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. "

I had a great stay at Hotel Tivoli! A special thank you to the kind lady at reception who stayed up late to accommodate our late check-in—her patience and hospitality were truly appreciated.
The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection, and the staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their attention to detail and warm service made the experience even better.

"This property was perfectly located close to a bus stop which allowed easy transportation to destinations and train station. The rooms were nice and very affordable. Although there is no staff to speak to in person, they were very responsive to messages sent in the chat function online."
"The tram is located next to the hotel and is only a few minutes from the airport. Very convenient and the front desk gives you specific directions and times of the tram to Zurich airport.
They also give you a coupon for Just Eats which we used so we could relax and eat in our room before our flight the next day.
The rooms were clean, small but perfect for one night stay.
