"We booked for 4 people with breakfast option as an amenity. . Property said Expedia details said breakfast 1 per day. There was an in issue with Expedia and property for this amenity. Which we faced inconvenience. We had to send one person to eat breakfast and one we paid extra in Franks. Expedia would need to refund our breakfast money. Hotel is little far from any food places. we had a flight to catch and without breakfast it was really an issue we all had in our last day of our family...

"What I didn’t like was complimentary breakfast has to be booked while booking or else you get stuck paying almost 40 Swiss franks per person. Shuttle service is free to and from airport there is a sign up too, yet I was charged $18 on my card after departure for shuttle service. I have already disputed those charges with my credit card. Please watch for such details or you will end up scrambling for breakfast in the morning or pay an unreasonable amount."

"The rooms are clean and nice size. Doesnt have ar condition hut they have climate control what was very hot last night but in the room was fine. They offer a very earlier paid breakfast if you need to catch up a flight."

"Listed on Expedia as free breakfast included, however we were told that we would have to pay if we wished to have breakfast. Upon inspection, it seems that breakfast consisted is some fruit, yogurt and breads anyways. No eggs or bacon/ breakfast meats, so no great loss .Also listed as having AC, however it seems that the management are perfectly fine with 77 degrees as their lowest setting. After a long hot day touring Zurich, you return to your room to shower and relax, only to start sweating...

"Comfortable room. Nice bar with outside seating. Uber was used for local restaurant and we easily walked back. Uber to airport/train station was very convenient."

"The room was spacious but we had many amenities missing. Tissues, glasses, bottle opener and the fridge was broken and the fan they put was full of dust. The staff doesn't do anything about it. Won't recommend even though it's close to the airport."
