"Quirky hotel right across the road from Vienna's main train station, a short walk from the Belvedere palace. The rooms were clean and functional despite (because of?) the "moon" design and theming. The vegetarian breakfast buffet was wonderful."

È inoltre a pochi passi da una via pedonale con ogni genere di servizio: ristoranti, negozi e supermercati. La posizione è ottima anche per spostarsi con i mezzi di trasporto. La nostra stanza era comoda e pulita e la colazione soddisfacente. Personale (reception e sala colazioni) poco accogliente."

Some banquet assistant manager reprimanded my wife in front of me for getting a cup of hot water from “no regular customer area” … there was a tiny sign indicating such directive, but she did not see it. "We had a bad experience with the air conditioning, we could not sleep all night because the AC is controlled by a central management that, according to the staff, are not available during weekends, and they just let the ac run with the fan. We booked the hotel because it mentions AC that was a must for us in such a hot summer day. We had to leave a night before and the hotel refused to return the payment. The floor carpets were dirty and full of spots."
