"We loved our stay here, and would definitely stay again if we're ever in need of a hotel in Portland. Free coffee machine in the lobby at all times. Free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 includes bagels, toast, english muffins, yogurt, fruit, juice, cold cereals. Friendly front desk staff. The room we stayed in was really comfortable, it had a full kitchen complete with a full sized fridge, oven, and dishwasher as well as dishes. "Exceptionally clean. The service from the staff is phenomenal. The restaurant has amazing food."

"Good selection of restaurants within about six blocks. Second time here and second time I had to stand outside ringing the bell for as much as five minutes for someone to buzz me in. Overall, it’s a lovely place with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Great location: only five-minute walk to Amtrak station and even less to light rail. "

"The hotel staffs was good except the manager and the front desk worker when we tried to check into our room, the where talking about that they couldn't find our reservation, saying it was canceled i had to called Expedia customer to have them called the hotel to confirmed that i had an reservation. But everything else was good."

"The location is ideal if you are attending an event at the convention center. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn’t work. Our room was noisy due to street noise and was out dated. Also, the hallway outside our room had broken ceiling tiles and was rundown."

"Non-smoking, but the building reeked of cigarettes. There are doors on the wall between room, and those doors had gaps at the top and bottom meaning the 3AM family loud conversation happening in the room next door was loud through the door gaps. Stuffing the gaps with towels didn't help much. The breakfast was limited with burnt coffee. 1 of the 2 key cards didn't work. "
