"This is my third time staying at this property and each time we found flying insects in the room. Once we brought our own insect light. One more thing that may influence my staying there again since the overall amenities are outdated."

"Very clean renovated room. Close to River, and downtown area. Eas 3 minute drive to Casino. Located on a side road next to Church. Easy access and plenty of parking. Will stay again."

"A very nice property and clean. Expected more of the continental breakfast menu. Was used to bacon, sausage and eggs at other hotels we’ve stayed in. Still waiting for our receipt, counter person said we’ll receive it on email. Said they don’t have that option when it’s 3rd party booking."

"We requested a room with microwave, refrigerator, shower and a king size bed and our request was granted all. Everything was very comfortable and our car was parked close to our window. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you make a reservation between Monday-Thursday the rates are very reasonable. We were a couple of blocks away from the casino also. Also if you make a reservation directly on their website when you finalize your payment you get an automatic 15% discount. We will be going back...

"I had never been to this one before but had been to the one in Atlantic City, so I kinda knew what to expect. As with any Casino/resort, expect it to feel like a small town. There is a lot of walking to get to anything, and its sometimes easy to get turned around. I really appreciated the separate feel of the casino and the hotel though. Food is a little pricey but thats to be expected with the names behind even the quick things (Gordon Ramsay). I will say the pizza and the burgers at the market...

"We enjoyed our stay but I was a little disappointed with the lack of usb charging stations, i didn't bring mine, so they loaned us a device. They were very helpful."

"Housekeeping came into my room, took the loose change (dollars) I left on the table, but didn't do anything else for me."

"Parking was easy and the AC did keep the room cool. Accommodations were comfortable and the balcony at back of room with the river right outside was very pleasant. Would stay again."

"I booked here for the view of the river from the room, and it was amazing. The room was very spacious. However, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling away. You could see light all the way around the door. The eaves on the river side was rotten with missing parts that had fallen away. The toilet was so low it seemed like a daycare toilet. There was hair and a bug in the bath tub."

"Not the worst, but definitely not seeing its maximum potential. Needs meticulous attention to details instead of slapping on some paint and wallboard. The sink was stopped up and needs to be replaced with something more appealing. Only one small trash can in the unit and not in the bathroom. No bath mat to prevent stepping onto wet tile floor from shower causing me to fall. We stayed 2 nights but was only given 2 towels and no housekeeping for our entire stay. Doors slammed, dogs barked, and...

"The smoker smell was almost to much...opened the windows and still ran the air. Judging by all the paper cups full of cig butts on ledges outside every single room, they are hoping the rooms will not be smoked in. Didn't ask for a different room because it was Memorial weekend and no vacancies. Not sure they have smoke free rooms anyway. Had to wash even clean clothes when we got home. However....bed was very comfy"

"The inn was quaint and quiet. It was set up beautifully for being in Bryson City. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfy feeling. The breakfast every morning was delicious and had many options to choose from that would cater to all types of dietary needs. We added another day to our stay at the last minute and the inn was extremely responsive and easy to work with.
