"I like the cleanliness of the hotel, it's not big, but it's clean inside and out. They have their own laundry and dining room on the 2nd floor, especially the staff here are kind, they help you with what you need, especially where you can go shopping its not far away, it's only about 10 minutes from the hotel, you have a lot of choices where you want to eat, restaurants , burger places , pizza places ,chicken restaurants, coffee shop or especially if you like sea foods. "The hotel is far away from the subway station, but very close to the Memorial Hall for Incheon Landing, which was our main purpose of staying in Incheon. The hotel management was very nice. There was some miscommunication between me and them before my arrival, but they made great efforts in accommodating my family. Very helpful staff."

"Do not stay at this hotel! Especially if you are a foreigner. The staff is very much incompetent and will lie to avoid accountability of their wrong doing. My stay was for a week and the one time I requested housekeeping my personal items were thrown away. No sense of urgency to help me and no consideration in trying to make it right. Save yourself the headache and book at one of the other countless hotels in the area. "

"Hotel is close to the stadium. Walking takes about 25 minutes. They have washers and dryers to use off the lobby. They currently do not have a way to provide breakfast even though it was part of the price I paid. They were going to provide funds back for the breakfasts. They have a limited supply of snacks down in the lobby. They moved us to a bigger room as our TV wasn’t working. The floors could be cleaned better but overall it was a pleasant experience. "
