"Excellent hôtel très bien situé! C’était assez tranquille la nuit même si c’était près de plusieurs pubs. Nous avons adoré y séjourner et le recommandons fortement. Lit confortable, chambre assez grande. Nous avons opté pour deux lits simples afin de bien dormir car dans la description ce n’était pas trop claire si c’était des lits King size et nous n’avons pas regretter, les lits étaient collée donc c’était tout comme! N’hésitez pas et allez-y, vous allez aimer!"

"Rotten floorboards in the bathroom. Bad smell in bathroom."

"From the moment we got there we were taken care of it was amazing and we will return."

"The bathroom was not clean and had a smell"

"So glad I booked this place for my first 2 nights after a long flight from L.A. Would have stayed another night if they had not been full. Modern, convenient, helpful staff, with a fully staffed front desk. The street outside my window was a bit sketchy with weird bars and grafitti, but as a solo female traveler, I felt perfectly safe and comfortable in my nice little apartment."

"Property was as described. Very clean and well equipped for our 3 night stay. Comfy bed and sofa perfect for 2. Laundry facilities were available and free although we didn't require. Location is excellent...easily walkable to all the sites. Communication was top notch and iformation was complete and timely. Kitchen was well equipped for simple meals. Everything nearby. Appreciated supplied coffee and paper towels and toilet tissue. Will definitely stay again if we return to Edinburgh."

"This was a great place to stay bc we were right in the middle of the town. The room was clean however the bed mattress was too hard making it uncomfortable to sleep and the washer to do laundry wasn’t working . The stairs were really a pain . But overall it was fine to stay at . Noise level was low and everything you need was there"

"We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location is unbeatable—right next to Waverley Station and just a 5-minute walk to the Royal Mile. The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The only drawback was a hole/opening in the bedroom wall. We specifically booked an apartment for bedroom privacy, so having that gap defeated the main purpose of choosing a separate bedroom layout. With that issue fixed, it would be an ideal stay!"
