First off when we arrived the front desk representative was not having a good day. I prefer I higher floor every though I am traveling with a pet. She accommodated me very reluctantly. "The room was incredibly dirty. The shower/tub didnt drain properly and the dirty water from the pipes would pool in the tub itself, so you couldnt really shower or take a bath properly. Also, there were bed bug stains on the bed! "
