"The staff were very attentive, the room was comfortable and well stocked with essentials. ( just missing milk that was supplied quickly)
The swimming pools were clean and inviting and the grounds, beach and view beautiful.
We will stay again as we often travel to Savaii and this is a wonderful location."

"The staff were friendly on arrival but there was a mix up in rooms we were assigned to. We had to move within a couple of hours after we checked in but that was well taken care of. However, when we called to see if there was availability for the tennis courts we were told to come to the activities desk but I wasn’t sure where that was located so I went to reception who then called another staff member and told me to wait 5 minutes and they should be out to help me. "The staff are wonderful but that’s the highlight. The basics are MIA - examples include our room not being made up at all on two occasions, having no towels for the pool available on four of the seven days we stayed (our longest wait was close to an hour), being told we could have an extended check out but then told no when we came back to pay. "Good stay but the staff could have been more attentive. The lady receptionist was amazing very friendly and full of knowledge. Breakfast was very average but the dinner was great but after four nights it would have been good to have a daily special that was separate from the menu.
