"Good: Nice hotel close to city centre, 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was excellent with great varieties.
Not so good: Could hear upper floor people walking and doors closing.
Bad: maybe the language barrier, the reception lady did not repeat the parking instructions and said to park any spot underground. But the hotel elevator was behind the closed gate in the garage. I had to walk up to her, then she told me to press the buzz by the gate, she would open the gate for me to park inside.
When checking out, another reception lady insisted that I had returned the room card. So we took our luggage down to the garage, loaded them in our car. Then I went up to reception to check out and went back down to our car. When driving up the ramp, the gate arm would not open! I had to backup our car to the garage (luckily no car behind) and went back to reception to complain. So many times back and forth, what a waste of time!"
