If you're prepared to self-cater (and the local supermarkets are excellent), then it's a bargain. What stops it from my giving 5 stars? Not much. The apartment can get very hot, although a fan is provided. A separate receptacle for recycling would be welcome, as would a dustpan and brush for daily cleaning and instructions...

"Very updated apartments in the beautiful town of Pottenstein. Our room had the best view of castle and parts of the town. Owner and family members were very helpful. Great breakfast. Would highly recommend."
