"We had a pleasant stay, staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. After a long day exploring and hiking the pool and hot tub were a blessing, very relaxing. In the morning there was a nice selection to choose from for breakfast. Again we were there for only one day but it was a pleasant stay, would do it again."

"Staff were pleasant enough. Breakfast left a little to be desired. Room was clean. However, this is the second hotel in Flagstaff in which I have noticed that the room door to the outside is not sealed very well at the bottom and particularly the bottom corners. One can see daylight coming in. The hotel really needs to address this problem on all the doors which are problematic. I found two spiders in my room and another type of insect. I imagine they're coming in from under the door. Easy...

"The hotel was clean and modern. We got a first floor room close to an outside door that made very easy to potty the dogs. There is a nice restaurant across the street called The Porch. I liked this hotel and would be happy to stay there again."

"The room was clean and has been well kept. The hotel rooms were surprisingly quiet! Even sitting in the breakfast area, the traffic right outside the window was mostly non-existent. The breakfast was well stocked and very good, even for someone coming down at the last moment. We will be back!
We had requested an 'assisted' room but none were available upon check-in, which was a concern. We made it work, but would recommend making sure that 1 or 2 rooms such as these be the last to be rented....
