"Beautiful old half-timbered auberge in a small town, with a delightful aspect. The owner, Tina, was very attentive, friendly and helpful - from local sightseeing recommendations to a lovely breakfast with locally sourced items. Bed was comfortable, good shower, rooms were spacious - for a building of this age - and parking was on site and easy. If you like the photos, it definitely looks like them, and I would heartily recommend."

"This was a perfect overnight stop but I think it could be even nicer to linger longer . We were welcomed by Sophie who showed us round and to our room . "Our hosts, the owners of the property, Philippe and Francois, were excellent. The property has a main home designed after George Washington’s Mount Vernon home. There are a number of cottages also, as well as a horse stable where the owners keep their horses which they train, on the property, for equestrian events. The property is a 15 minute drive from Giverny and Monet’s house and gardens. An excellent stay to couple with that visit. We hope to return some day!"

"Beautiful and peaceful property in lovely surroundings. Off the beaten track but well worth the effort to find this first class accommodation. May is too early to see the pool filled but when it is this will be a great place to spend several days rather than just the odd 2 night stay that we booked. Very helpful owner and very trusting, offering a "do it yourself drinks facility" stacked with a great range of spirits , beers and ciders."
