"The price was good, close to were we were going. Needs updating. Pool area has a lot of algae around the doors. Should be cleaned. Rooms are dated but will do for our one night stay. Staff were really nice and accommodating. Also found garbage under one of the beds."

"This place was close to restaurants and groceries which was convenient for our extended stay. But the WiFi was slow and the cable kept cutting out on a rainy day that we stayed in due to weather. The complimentary breakfast was fine but the hot breakfast foods were not tasty. No elevator for hauling ..."

Good place to stay for exploring Downeast Maine.
"Well kept rooms and homey old time feel hotel. There is a heated pool which we didn't use. Breakfast is grab and go with a lot of variety and heat up items. Small tables are available as well. Coffee is good too. Front desk is responsive to any problem you might have. Not a 24 hr front desk."
