"This is my second stay here and the property just opened a few weeks now. Everything about this property is perfect. The staff, the location, the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, the public space and vibe here is just amazing. I can’t remember the English guys name at the check in but he is Ace. Supermarket within feet and lots of restaurants including food truck for authentic food and if you need a McDonald’s fix… right there also. I’ll def return next time I am in town."

"Der Checkin lief schon schlecht. Weil ich am Fahren war, konnte ich den Pre CheckIn nicht ausfüllen. Die Angestellten waren unsicher, wollten von uns einen Reisepass, den man in Europa nicht benötigt. Wir hatten Personalausweise und das Zimmer war vorab bezahlt. Sie baten uns an zu stornieren. Selvst waren sie nicht in der Lage uns zu helfen. Mit dem selbst durchgeführten PreChrckin und dann doch Anruf bei drm Manager ging es. Die Nasszelle, die aks Badezimmef durchging war nicht wirklich...

"The staff Agnus and Anna were very helpful. They both came to help with the technical issue we had with the TV. Anna sorted it out for us. The TV should have TV channels, it only had the casting facilities. Air conditioning did not work at all, we were told that it is a cooling system, not ac, but was advertised as ac. We booked this because it was advertised as having ac in there. Apart from that everything was good, everything was near by to see."

"Jederzeit wieder! Es beginnt mit der wunderschönen Lage oberhalb Stockholmer Hafen mit einem tollen Blick auf die gesamte Stadt sowie Djurgården und Gröna Lund. Gefolgt von dem tollen, liebevollen und äußerst umfangreichen Frühstück. Auch die perfekte Verkehrsanbindung (mit dem Bus nur 6 Minuten bis zur City.) Mach dieses Hotel auch bei kommenden Reisen zu meiner ersten Wahl."

"Schönes gut erhaltenes Schiff direkt in der Altstadt. Super leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Kabinen (single mit Seeblick) waren wie üblich für ein solches Schiff klein, aber ausreichend, ebenso das Bad. Das Schiff hatte ein einzigartiges Flair - eben mal was anderes als ein normales Hotel! 😀"
