"LOVELY simple, clean room with great view. It made me calm and the bed was nice and felt good. Loved the flowers in some of the rooms in the castle.
The breakfast was ok. A bit boring. The boiled eggs icecold and the scrambled eggs made with pulver. It would have been fantastic to eat the breakfast somewhere else then the celler. But I loved this place. "
"Very stylish independent hotel located right by all of the main sites in central Uppsala. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great breakfast! Would definitely try to book here on my next visit, highly recommended "
"This was our third stay at the hotel. The building is unassuming from the outside, but very nice with lots of character inside (including rooms). Great breakfast and helpful staff.
The inclusion of a buffet dinner in the room price was a nice and rare bonus - certainly saved us a bunch of kroner. Everything is within walking distance, but that probably holds for other hotels in Uppsala.
I would return for a fourth stay without hesitation!"
"Quiet, beds comfy, has 2 induction rings so good for cooking, good shower.
Bus stop very close, supermarket 10 mins walk, easy walk to the station or into town."

Uppsala Castle is just one of the places to see in Uppsala, so why not enjoy the other things to explore during your travels? While in the area, you can find time to visit its cathedral.

Uppsala is a wonderful place to visit. The cathedral, university museum and the ecology & paleontology university sites are wonderful to get a glimpse of history. Vikings, Nobel Prize winners, fossils, dinosaurs and kings.

I love Uppsala, an interesting academic history as well as general pre-cristian history in Gamla Uppsala. Old architecture in central cíty.
