Lovely hotel in an excellent location

First and foremost, the front desk staff is great, helpful and welcoming. Tobias was a life saver!!! Rooms are clean and adequately sized. Breakfast was great. Will stay here again when we return to Uppsala for sure!

Rummet var bra inredning och välstädat och Internet fungerade mycket bra. Sängen var bra. Frukosten var väl inte den bästa jag fått, jag är tyvärr lite kräsen när det gäller pålägget och hur baconet är stekt, gillar inte ostekt bacon

abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti in questo hotel , la posizione è centralissima, la colazione ottima e abbondante la camera ampia con un tre letti due finestre i ma senza armadio. bagno con vasca. l'hotel è pulito e d il personale cordiale.

Ett rejält slitet hotell med standard från 60-70 tal. Sängarna var okej men rummet och toaletten var litet och hade nog sett sina bästa dagar.

Bien ubicado, a pocos pasos del centro y en lugar tranquilo. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. La primera impresión de la habitación es de estar un poco obsoleta. Con un pequeño cambio en el cabecero de la cama daría otra impresión. El personal no saluda nunca. Desayuno aceptable.

Vid incheckning var det ingen som helst servickänsla när vi frågade om tidig incheckning. Hotellrummen har sett sina bästa dagar, dåligt utrustade och sunkigt badrum. Det låg tex en snusdosa på golvet när vi kom till rummet och stora pölar i badrummet.

Nice hotel in central Uppsala

Nice hotel in central location. Clean and with a good breakfast selection. The only disappointment was discovering that the "free parking" was 9 spaces for the whole hotel (which must have had over 100 rooms)! It costs 140kr per day in that area for on-street parking, which would have been helpful to know in advance so we could have planned accordingly.
