"Bathroom could have been a lot cleaner, and the showerhead spewed water like a fire hose making it nearly impossible to keep the floor dry. Our room was directly in front of the breakfast area which left us with zero privacy."

"Manager was discriminatory and rude, no bar or restaurant available for the entire Saturday afternoon/evening, indoor pool room wasn’t heated and the pool was freezing. Provided my Hilton Honors account days before checking in and messaged the hotel prior to confirm, it was not attached and received no points for the stay"

"They put us in an ADA compliant room. The bathroom set up was horrible. The shower was for wheel chair access and the shower head was fixed sideways to the wall so you had to pull it off and shower. There also wasn’t any storage at the sink because the shelf was removed. A realize there is need for these things but not for us. Room service comes every other day and we weren’t told. We got back to our room late and realized no trash emptied and we didn’t have any bath towels. The person at the...
