"The manager was very disrespectful, rude to me. She told me that she was yelling at me after every time I come to Odessa I booked this hotel. I had to go and bring my belongings. The truth is that I have an Expedia customer and nothing had ever happened to me on my trips. I don't know how these hotels can be in the name of uatedes."

"This hotel was disgusting. The room was extremely dirty. The bathtub was stained and full of hair. There was pee all over the toilet seat and you can see previous footprints all around the room where you can tell they didn’t mop the floors. Nothing was wiped down the fridge and microwave were also very dirty and over all just not a room anyone would want to stay in. I reported everything to the front office and they did nothing about it."

The furniture honestly looked like it was found on a curb; it was filthy and broken- the dresser drawer fronts falling off and all the edges of the tables curling up. "First room they gave me was filthy and in need of major repairs. Second room was cleaner but had no toiletries and I had to go ask for towels. The door would lock but was not very secure as a good yank or push could open it. No other hotels had vacancies so we were stuck with it. Was not sound proof. I ended up staying up all night scared someone would come in"
