"Did not have a chance to try breakfast, as I left very early. Rooms are basic and clean. AC was weak in our room and took time to cool room. No AC in common areas.
The staff was OK, not particularly friendly. Not mean or uncaring, just OK. You have to call them if you need to go out so they open the electric lock. I got the sense they felt I was bothering them every time I had to go outside or come in.
The "gym" area is a joke, and so is the rundown hammock area in the back.

"Location location is within walking distance of the airport property is located in an average area we felt safe walking around however not quite as nice as Boca Grande but okay.
