"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. My room was lovely — very cozy bed, stylish bathroom, and even a fridge, which was super convenient. The whole place feels really well looked after. I stayed in autumn and it was so peaceful. There’s a beautiful little stream behind the hotel, and the pools and outdoor spaces look amazing — perfect for summer. The location is quiet and relaxing, though there aren’t many restaurants nearby. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Quillan. The staff were fantastic — really friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk service was excellent, and the waitress at the restaurant was lovely too. Parking on-site was easy and convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pools and sunshine!"

"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."

"The location of this hotel is fabulous and we love the option to get family apartments with multiple rooms and different bed configurations. However, we were surprised that some basic amenities were not provided. For example, there is a coffee machine but no filters (maybe a French press would be better - no need for filters). Also no large bowl for salad and nothing that can go in the oven (baking tray, casseroles). No dishwasher tabs or dish soap or dish towel, but they do expect guests to do the dishes. The dishwasher takes hours, making it impossible to do dishes and put them away (as requested) after breakfast but before checkout. We'll be aware for next time, but it would have been good to have more communication about this. Also when we arrived we were given an apartment that hadn't been cleaned. They quickly gave us a different one that was clean, but unfortunately didn't have as nice a view as the original one given to us. "

"Location is key, opposite Fort Mont Louis, 15 m to ski areas. Hotel accepts dogs. The spa isn't attached, you need to have dressing gown or slippers! Only two changing rooms so easier to go back to room. It's a little tired but early mornings and just after lunch practically empty before the skiiers return! Reception was a little surly but the restaurant menu and staff were excellent. Value for money, don't be put off by the cafe basic entrance. Rooms have been renovated, large king size bed, walk in shower. A bit tight for space but for one or two nights, comfortable sleep and hot water. "
