Clean Room/ Friendly Staff/ Food is beyond words. I am a Canadian and Vegetarian ( little bit tough to satisfy my eating habits) but the kitchen at Kayakapi is outstanding. They had almost like home made food, super delicious. Can’t wait to come over again. Reception staff always ready to help. Thanks

Stayed in Kayakapi Premium Caves with my family. An incredible experience living in a Unesco old cave, restored and well maintained. The staff is amazing, the view at the terrasse astonishing and the area around wonderful. The restaurants offer world class dining experience with local touch. The spa is also great! Everything was quite perfect!

Relaxing weekend away!

Super clean!!!Gorgeous views ( see pics), kind and friendly staff, delicious food! The staff went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs! My sisters and I had an amazing and relaxing time!!! We could not go on the hot air balloon tour due to weather conditions so we opted for the ATV tour. We will be back for the balloon tour! I definitely recommend and can’t wait to tell friends and family about this lovely stay.

The staff was wonderful, our room was kindly upgraded after request to amazing cave room with all the amenities! Although outside the town, the hotel offers complimentary transport to town and view of the valley below is spectacular. Highly recommend!

Best cave hotel in Cappadocia

It was a magical experience with the most friendly and helpful staff that made our stay the most comfortable and beautiful. Easily can say it is one of the best properties in Cappadocia and would surely go back and stay with this property again. Special thanks to Ms.Duygu (guest relations) she was the most helpful and gave us amazing advice on where to go and how best to enjoy Cappadocia also gave us the best surprise in our room upon arrival.

This is a very large property built into a hillside that requires a lot of walking. You cannot walk to town. Transportation is available however. Breakfast is good but other meals are expensive, especially alcohol.

This was truly premium cave hotel and hotel and room exterior and interia were impressive Staff was also super kind and friendly One episode I can share is that I left my yacht parker in the hotel and found out it after I checked out and moved to Istanbul I called the hotel and hotel staff quickly found out my yacht parker and offered to send it to the hotel I stay at Istanbul for free . It was so kind and swift arrangement

most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in

I did a fair bit of research on which hotel would be the best, and Kayakapi Premium Caves made all the lists. Still it was hard to imagine how spectacular it would be because the prices were so reasonable! After booking, Nihal from the front desk contacted us and helped us navigate all the airport transfers, balloon ride, guided tours and restaurant options in the area. She was incredible helpful and responsive even on her days off, and so we felt very comfortable that we were in good hands. But it wasn’t until we arrived that I could fully understand the beauty of this property and its rooms. We splurged for a room with a pool and hamam, which were both wonderful. But I truly think that any room on this property would be special as the grounds, pool, spa etc are places that you would never want to leave. Indeed, we revised our itinerary just to spend more time at the hotel. The restaurant, Revithia, should get a Michelin star. Don’t be afraid of the prix fix- you can not be disappointed! We had 8 courses with wine pairings and sat outside on the terrace overlooking the valley. Every course had historic importance explained to us by our incredible server. One detail to note- prior to booking I had a concern about not being in Gorheme because it seemed as if that was were most things were located. After being there, I am SO GLAD that we were in Urgup!! Gorge me is easy to get to but also quite crowded and touristy and so we had a much better experience in Urgup.
