"I arrived with my 5 year old son around 9:30am after getting off a night train and not only did they let us check in early but they upgraded us to a wonderful room. The staff were helpful, kind, courteous, and thoughtful. The room was huge and clean and had great amenities. The room itself was quite warm and the A/C is turned off in the winter but we left the window open that made it cool enough to get a good sleep. Bed was comfy and and cozy. We both slept like angels."
