"This is a family ran lodge with plenty of character. Rudy and Claudia are very helpful and attentive The dogs, cat, llama and little rabbit are super friendly as well. Perfect place to kick back and relax, it is a little tough to get in and out of there so plan accordingly. The place is a little rough on the edges, but that is the exact appeal. The front desk personnels really helpful to share information such as where to eat. The value is reasonable. The room, the bed, and the bathroom is acceptable and comfortable."

The hotel is quaint, rustic, quiet and small, only a handful of rooms, with personal English speaking staff and superior service. The on-site restaurant is 5 star with an exceptional atmosphere. I will be returning on my next trip to Urubamba."
