"I wanted to really like this hotel: it's location was wonderful-, in the hills outside of town where there was a cooling breeze, the room was spacious and the bathroom was spa-like--all beautiful marble encasing a shower that had a handheld shower head, a rain shower head, and two jet sprays that soothed my worn out body (I want that shower in my home), and a huge, impressive breakfast buffet. BUT what spoiled it for me were 1) The rustic atmosphere came with roosters that woke me in the morning and 2) the hotel apparently allows people to house their pets in their rooms --The couple in the next room had a dog who barked from 9:00 PM to 10:30PM. I question the hotel management's judgemental on this policy: Besides the questionable cleanliness of pets in rooms (I couldn't help worrying whether an animal had been housed in my room at some prior time and if the room was really as clean as it appeared) I was shocked to think that the hotel management would allow a pet that was a disturbance to the other guests."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at Anya Resort Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Every single person we interacted with was helpful, professional, and always smiling. The hotel itself is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for both couples and families. The amenities are excellent — the pools and water slides were so much fun and very well maintained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home. The food deserves special recognition. The breakfast was incredible, with a large variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We also ate at the restaurant several times, and every meal was outstanding. The servers were attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The atmosphere, service, food, and facilities made our experience unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pamukkale. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!"

"If you’re going to stay in Pamukkale, this is the place. It has the best view, the best people running the place, and is perfectly located – Yeah, the morning balloons go right over you. Perfect for photo if you’re not in it. I was traveling solo, so took their smallest room. I stayed for 3 nights and it worked perfectly well. It very clean, the bed is nice, shower works well, there is a small refrigerator. I nice breakfast is served right in front of the travertines. The people running this place couldn’t have been nicer. When I was doing computer work in the courtyard, they brought me tea. When I wanted a Hamman, they scheduled it for me which included a ride to and from."

"Mel is very friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and clean. There was remodeling going on so the spa and indoor pool were not open, but based on the rest of the property they will be great when they are. The outdoor space is really charming. Also, a nice selection of Turkish crafts on the lobby. Easy walk into town and the travertines/Hieropolis - which are absolutely stunning and worth the visit plan on at least 4-5 hours."

"Turfan, Elif and Ali took great care of us - we came in on the train to Dinizli and Turfan walked us through getting to the hotel by bus and had refreshments at the ready when we arrived to a beautiful room with a view of white hillside we would explore next day. For an extra charge (good price) Elif will cook a lunch or dinner for you and Ali prepares a wonderful breakfast. The rooms are spacious, sparkling clean. Turfan took care of arranging whatever we required including a car service to our next destination and gave us tips and insights to Hierapolis and the pools. We walked up and down from the town - 8 min walk from hotel to entry gate."

"Este hotel es perfecto para pasar la noche si estás viajando y conociendo ciudades. Las personas son súper amables, me sentí muy cuidada ya q viajo sola, súper seguro el sector . El cuarto fue perfecto , muy limpio con AC. Yo me desperté tarde casi sobre el check out y ellos me habían guardado mi desayuno , que estaba muy completo, estos detalles hacen q cómo viajero mochilero te sientas en casa !!! Gracias gracias . Sigo enamorada de TURKIA y su gente "
