"Great location. Front desk staff was exceptional. Room was average with a nice view but lacked in amenities and cleanliness. I booked for my mom who has mobility issues and although the disabled friendly walk-in shower was great, the distance to get to the only elevators was quite the trek from the entrance / front desk. Overall stay was average -good."

"My family never ended up staying here because what they observed upon arrival made them feel unsafe. Within minutes of pulling into the parking lot, they witnessed what appeared to be a drug transaction, multiple individuals who appeared to be under the influence, and a couple engaged in a loud argument in the parking lot. There was also an employee, possibly a manager, outside smoking, on the phone, and loudly arguing with someone. The entire property smelled heavily of cigarettes and...

"I will never ever stay here ever again. Our room flooded, and they were not even able to get us another room. The staff was less than accommodating, and also not apologetic in the slightest ended up having to pay double the price and book somewhere else do not stay here"

"You need 24 hour security. Nothing is done about crime of the drug deals and homeless people. The disturbances 24 7 vicious dogs crapping in none pet areas like in front of my room and the stairs. People are leaning on wall by our door running drugs you hear them thru the walls. Yelling and screaming all times on day n night. Today we heard the pit bull lunging at a loitering drugged by my door threats of shooting the guy and his dog. Ridiculous I have to pay over 100 a night and get no rest...
