"Great property"

"Showed up at 11:30 pm right as the restaurant was closing because my train was late to a massive line at check in and very slow service. When I reached the front finally the person told me to wait as if I hadn’t already been doing that for 30 + min after a brutal travel day. She was very nice and helped me out to get checked in. I mentioned I was only staying a few hours since my train was so late and she asked me when I planned on checking out. It doesn’t matter I paid for the room I’ll return...

"Although the room was clean and had comfortable beds. I did not expect to not see basic tea/coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was poor with no choice of any hot food, just yogurt, bread, some deli and drinks. The shuttle dropped off at the nearest bus stop which means you have to walk with luggage about 2 minutes which is okay, but with a little kid it was not very comfortable for me holding 3 suitcases and a child. Next time, I would find another property."

"Stayed here for a layover in Frankfurt. The airport shuttle was super convenient. Messaged the hotel for directions and they promptly provided all details required to get to the shuttle area from my terminal. "We had a long layover in Frankfurt and didn’t want to stray far from the airport as we were leaving early the next day. The hotel was nice but wouldn’t give me HH points as I booked through Expedia. Being that we were passing through in June it was hot and AC is a luxury only in the rooms. The other issue was the mang kindly lent us EU plug adapters for the night, we were worn out from traveling."
