5.0 trên 10, (2 nhận xét)
"At the Aspire Hotel, the property was tired and in need of refurbishment.
The bathroom was very dirty. The toilet seat was broken.
The bed linen and pillows were dirty, stained and torn.
We booked and paid for 8 nights when we checked-in. Big mistake!, we had to leave after 2 nights and move to a much better hotel.
The Aspire would not refund us for the 6 nights we did not use.
The only good thing about the hotel was the quality of the wi-fi.
Its never a 3star hotel. Would not even get 1star in...

"Our stay at Summit Hotel had a challenging start but turned into a wonderful experience.
We had originally booked a standard room, but we found it too small for our needs so we decided to upgrade to a spacious room for approximately CAD $70–73 per night and paid the difference. After a 20-hour journey with flights and transit, we were exhausted unfortunately we had to move 3 times due to room issues which could have been avoided by management. The next morning everything changed after visiting...

"Probably first and last stay at this property.
The good-
1. Location
2. Complimentary upgrade to a premier room.
The bads-
1. Housekeeping services were so bad. We had to call 3-4 times to get mineral water to the room. Multiple follow-ups b/w reception, housekeeping and IRD was so frustrating.
2. IRD was so bad. They cannot provide food at 3 PM and milk for baby at 12 midnight either. We had to order from outside when they had 24/7 restaurant in-house.
