With SO much schtuff and numerous nicknacks everywhere, it was surprising that it was as clean as it was; not spotless mind you, but clean enough that we didn’t worry. "Husbands, this is not the place! Was supposed to be 1 king and 1 queen bed, ended up with 3 beds all jammed together, so no sleeping together. The cost is too high to save a small amount. Heater was trash. Could literally see our breath when we got into the room. Toilet has vinyl decal “Flush the Damn Toilet!” So tacky and ghetto. "

The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund.
