"We had a wonderful stay at Altus Lodge! The check in process was incredibly easy which made arriving stress free. The lodge is conveniently located in downtown Silverton, right next to a grocery store, which was a huge plus. The rooms were clean, updated, and super cute, clearly well cared for and thoughtfully designed. Everything about our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and the location made it easy to explore the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Altus Lodge...

"Hotel is in a great location in Ouray and walkable to shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking on site. Building was built in the 1800s but has been kept up well. Overall nice booking. "

"The Wyman Hotel was a wonderful surprise — quiet, stylish, and so comfortable. We visited in the off-season when most businesses were closed until May/June 2026, which made the town calm and relaxing. A few nearby restaurants and bars were open after dark, which was perfect. "Black Bear Manor is the best place I have ever stayed. The room (Room 6) is their best room, and has a jacuzzi and steam shower, which I utilized multiple times. Also, home cooked meals every morning, and they will actually sit down with you and talk to you (if you want, of course) When you come to Ouray, you have two great options for Lodging: 1) Black Bear Manor 2) Black Bear Manor in a fancy accent."
