"Perfect location. Wonder staff. We received a free room upgrade to a balcony room. The views of the park and beach from it were amazing. Room was very clean and stocked with good coffee, robes, slippers, and L'Occitane products in the bathroom! Would absolutely stay again."

"Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber und wir hatten genügend Handtücher auf dem Zimmer. Leider floss das Wasser in der Dusche nur sehr schlecht ab, was den Komfort etwas einschränkte. Enttäuscht waren wir zudem vom zubuchbaren Service: Die „romantische Dekoration“ aus Handtüchern, drei Ballons und ..."

"Very nice lobby, but rooms and bathrooms were not given the same attention. Bathroom had lots of broken tiles and could use a deep cleaning. No cold fridge in the room but told it was a “minibar” which turned out to useless and had mildew."
