Emerald Dhaka Luxury Hotel
There was NO shuttle available and the staff spoke little English. Upon contacting the Hotel I was advised shuttle only from Hotel to Airport - I had to make my own way there in the first place? No buffet breakfast available due to low occupancy. The room was average despite being classed a 5* hotel. ...

The place was absolutely dirty, when you walk to the floor, your feet will be fully black. The food was in the restaurant was not good at all. The property maintain thing like stairs restroom toilet flush was absolutely bad. Only one positive thing is the staff is very good and friendly.
