"Every aspect of our stay was amazing. Two of the hosts - Michele and Ivan met us at the front door, and insisted on carrying our bags upstairs. They then sat us down for coffee and canolo, before explaining what sights we should see in Palermo.

"By far, the best hotel in Palermo. The Teatro Massimo suite was gorgeous. I didn’t want to leave! I had a lot of heavy luggage and traveling solo and the staff helped me with my bags and did not charge me a late check out fee.
