"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The price was completely unreasonable considering the condition of the facilities. Everything felt extremely outdated, including the gym equipment, which was old and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was also a serious issue. I even noticed bugs on some of the equipment, which was unacceptable. The mattress was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well during the stay. In addition, the actual hotel environment looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The rooms were poorly soundproofed, and I could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway throughout the night. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations at all, and I would not recommend it considering the price and quality provided."

"The property was clean, tidy and in a great location for our specific needs on the trip. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area was quite modern with a variety of sitting arrangements and a great outdoor space. The hotel is a very quiet neighborhood and safety was never an issue for us. It is close to major roads and public transportation. The staff were awesome and we were explained the parking charge during the checking process. We didn't get to use the pool and thus I can't speak about it. Lots of families were there during our stay. Overall, if we are back to Markham, we would definitely stay here again."

"Big spacious room and very clean. Friendly staff and buffet at the casino was good. The noise was terrible, you could hear the elevator chime everytime someone pushed the button. The fridge in our room was very loud so we just unplugged it as we didn’t need it."
