"It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc.
Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away.
It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality."

"We have visited the Hyatt many times over the last 10 years and both the service and upkeep of the facility have gone down hill . The front desk is chronically understaffed, usually just one person, even on a busy Friday night. The front revolving door is routinely out of service as is at least one elevator. The Hyatt’s best feature is its great food and drink menu and service."

"This placed served our purposes for a one-night stay after a quick trip to Mpls. This place definitely isn't fancy, but it worked. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The beds were definitely not queen beds but doubles instead - glad it was just two of us. Comforters were lumpy and need to be switched out for new ones. TV was hit or miss - we finally found a channel that worked after searching for quite a while. Breakfast was the highlight with lots of options. The seating area...
