"The sheets and pillow cases in the room were stained. The room was having mold issues. The commode in the restroom is moving. Very poorly maintained property. I’m surprised that Expedia is not making sure the pictures of the properties listed on the site don’t match the rooms and the hotel. "

"At time of booking had asked for a very quiet room as doing exam in nearby college next morning. But on check-in I was given a room opposite a family of at least 10 members, for a wedding party. I asked for a change of room but told it was full due to wedding party. But at time of booking I had explained was doing exam next day. So much noise from wedding party, and then dogs barking also after family finally slept. Paid extra at booking time for buffet breakfast but only given a parcel...

"My stay is great. The hotel just had a renovation. Restaurants have new look. My bath room is new beds are new. Slightly under furniture but proofs no issue. My unit faces the road and a little noise but I'm used to it. Foreign traveller and the food is amazing and clean. Love to come back again."
