"AMAZING staff. So incredibly warm and hospitable. 10/5 stars. I had a couple minor issues that were somewhat annoying. When I checked in I let staff know my room was missing a hairdryer and remote, and this was not replaced. Later than night I encountered a swarm of snails that had entered my unit. ..."
