"The apartment is around 3KM from Sestriere so if you want to be in the bars for Apres Ski etc maybe not a great choice of location, however i had a car and chose to Ski in Montgenevre instead as better for beginners and its only 25 mins drive. There are restaurants where the apartment is located but you need to book especially in busy periods. The apartment is a bit dated and could do with modernising but its clean, very warm and fine for a week. "

"It was an amazing week in La Plagne. Perfect location, ski-in and ski-out, apartments were clean and cozying. Very friendly people on reception met us and helped with accommodation. I was a little disappointed that the apartment did not have such things as slippers (floor was quite cold without it), soap, WiFi, dishwasher detergent. It is not very expensive but might make a rest more comfortable."

In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. "This hotel is very contemporary yet homely, the beds are large, the rooms are larger than std. The balcony overlooking the mountains was an added touch, where we could sit and enjoy a coffe or wine and watch the skiers go by. Really nice to have inclusive access to a swimming pool and jacuzzi at the end of a day on the slopes. Spa treatments were very good and staff very experienced and freindly. Only downside was no chicken on the menu for a main all week. I dont really like red meat like venison and do not like fish. Yes im a fussy eater, but could only eat a starter of caesar salad in the hotel."
