They’ve replied to emails witg queries, including recommendations for excursions, all in a friendly and inviting manner. We’ve stayed in the suite and it was lovely. "Beautiful property very well maintained. Relaxing, private, quiet and extremely beautiful setting. Rooms were well appointed with nice terraces out front. Staff were very professional and attended to your every need. Slightly disappointed with the food at dinner but the breakfast was good and had an assortment of choices."

"It’s off-season so it was extremely quiet… Very enjoyable to take evening strolls down the line tree lane… Off-season the pool is too cold… Staff was very helpful! I would definitely stay there again!"

"Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...

"We booked room #1 with the extended larger balcony view. This room was worth every penny and offered the best views in town. We spent most of our time in the town exploring or on that balcony. It is amazing. Also, everything is so close including the parking, gelato and a few very good restaurants including Le Vecchie Mura which was our best meal in town.
