Les "-": se trouve dans rue dans où il y a plusieurs bars donc un bruyant tard le soir ; pas d'ascenseur."

"It's very convenient to get to the nearby Paris Expo Porte De Versailles exhibition center, just a 10-minute walk away. There's also a small Carrefour supermarket within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to buy groceries.
My accommodation was like an apartment-style hotel, with a kitchen, microwave, and other facilities, making it convenient to heat up food.
I was very satisfied and hope to stay here again next time."
