Disney Hotel Santa Fe
2/10 Terrible
"The temperature in the room was intensely hot & the small window only opened a couple of inches. Frustratingly there was a large window right next to it that we weren't able to open and the handles had been removed. Staff stated this was law. It was a first floor room. I understand the danger, but it is also dangerous to expose people- especially young children and babies to such intense heat. It was so hot it made us feel physically unwell. There was no air con which to be fair we wouldn't normally use anyway even in hotter places we have traveled to (but then they have always had opening windows) I wouldn’t recommend staying here when the weather is hot. The room had a ceiling fan & we were given other fans but it was just circulating hot air."

Hôtel l'Elysée Val d'Europe
10/10 Excellent
"First time staying at Elysee. The hotel was very clean; staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms gave us everything we needed for our Disney trip (we had premium quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 children 2yo and 6yo; with connecting room to grandparents.) Free bus picks up directly outside the front door which we used everyday to get to the parks. There was a long period between 11:45-17:45 with no collection from the parks, local taxi cost €20 instead. Cleaning staff were brilliant, handing out water bottles when they noticed the water by the loft was empty. Non-tap, drinking water available from the lobby on each floor by the lifts. Expedia site stated this hotel does not have a lift - it does; 2 lifts, so don’t let that put you off. Car parking was convenient and secure underground. Breakfast was ok; hot food selection wasn’t the greatest - but the continental buffet was lovely. During busy times at breakfast (09:30-10:30) we often found ourselves waiting for forks or plates but never had any trouble finding a table and never had to wait to find a table. The room was cleaned and made up everyday. Shower was decent; bathroom and room were very clean. Hotel was less than 10 minute bus ride to the Disney parks; 25 minute walk - and across the road from the Val D’Europe shopping centre; so ideally placed for shopping, food and the parks. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again if we return to Disneyland."

Quality Aparthotel Val d'Europe
10/10 Excellent
"Everyone that we interacted with we great, obviously we had a little language barrier but they all spoke English very well, which was great because i do not know enough French. Location is very close to the train station which can get you almost anywhere in the Paris area. For Americans: They have no ice machines. we had a fridge/freezer in our room and we used paper cups to make ice that fit perfectly into our water bottles."

Novotel Paris Les Halles
10/10 Excellent
"It is the absolute best, unless you can afford the Ritz. Excellent location, close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, high end and more affordable budget shopping. Across the street, an excellent boulangerie to grab breakfast, multiple dinning options close by. Water and ice machines in every floor perfect after you have been walking in the sun all day long. Big comfortable rooms and bathrooms."

H4 Wyndham Paris Pleyel
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at H4 Hotel in Paris and had a very pleasant experience. The best part was its location directly opposite a metro station, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. While there isn't much to do in the immediate surrounding area, a 20–30 minute metro ride takes you to the city center, which was our main goal during this trip. As a family traveling with a child, we didn't want to stay in a tiny, cramped hotel room, so we chose this hotel for its spacious accommodations. The room was large, clean, and well-maintained, and the hotel was professionally managed. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries provided were of good quality. Considering that we visited Paris in mid-May, the hotel was reasonably priced and offered excellent value for money. We appreciated having a comfortable room with air conditioning and a clean environment, rather than paying a similar price for a small, overcrowded hotel room with no AC and no elevator. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris, and H4 Hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing place to return to each day. I would definitely recommend it to travelers looking for good value, space, cleanliness, and easy access to public transportation."

Center Parcs Villages Nature Paris
6/10 Okay
"Check in was smooth and fast. Clean except for lots of ants, safe was already locked, the barrier to get to the bus never worked on the pushchair/wheelchair door so during unmanned hours this was incredibly difficult and one night people were passing pushchairs over the top and holding doors open. The accommodation had no bed linen but this wasn’t described in the description. Pool was great one day but the following day a lot was closed which was a shame. Shop on day one was clearer empty but restocked throughout the weekend. Buses to DLP were really easy and simple. Made it easy to get there and back. Overall it was ok, was what we needed for a flying visit but should’ve been better."

Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel
10/10 Excellent
"Empire state club level- excellent check in. Friendly staff. Gave us a nice coffee and hot choc for the kids. We loved our stay and the room was cleaned daily and water bottles replenished. Gorgeous hotel in general. Only.negative is the outside pool didnt open till 12... it was so hot and we really wanted to get outside by 10/10.30. The changing rooms also needed to be cleaned a bit more after uses. It was always a bit dirty by 2 ish. The afternoon tea was lovely but slow service. We would have preferred a buffet to get what we needed and get out quicker. Overall, a MARVELlous stay and was a short 10 min walk to the parks"

ibis Paris CDG Airport

"Super pour l’avion"

Disney Sequoia Lodge
8/10 Good
"A wonderful Disney hotel where the magic begins even before you enter the parks! The indoor and outdoor pools were a huge hit with our kids, especially during the hot summer days. We also loved dining at Hunters Grill, which offers an excellent buffet selection for both breakfast and dinner. The location is fantastic—about a 10-minute walk to Disneyland and even closer to Disney Village. The complimentary shuttle service is another great convenience. One important note for families: the room occupancy information on Expedia can be a bit misleading. While it states that children are welcome, a family can only stay in one room if there are four guests, or if the third child is under 3 years old. If you are a family of five and your youngest child is older than 3, you will be required to book an additional room. This detail is not clearly explained during the booking process, and I think it's important for families with three or more children to be aware of it before booking. Unfortunately, we had to make last-minute arrangements for one member of our family, which was disappointing and added unnecessary stress to our trip. Just be sure to double-check the occupancy rules if you're traveling with three or more children."
