"IDK why, but kids running around the hotel hallways, some playing hockey in the hallway!!!! I talked to poor front desk lady who tried her best to talk to parents, but kids on multiple floors! I asked if there was security and she said she was only person on staff that night!!!! How can a fully booked hotel have only 1 staff available!!! "
