"Towels were old ..room was filthy and dust was everywhere .. non of the amenities worked and breakfast was non cooked bacon and runny eggs.. I book under the best western name and will not do that again they advertise spa and sauna they do not have either"

"This was a terrible stay for a 4 star hotel. They missed the most important part: respecting the privacy and safety. We were there as part of a big group for a wedding. As soon as I arrived I asked for an iron. They gave it about couple hours later right before dinner time so I decided to go to dinner and then my dress for the wedding tomorrow.
