Le scale d’ingresso erano sporche, piene di polvere e di sporcizia di lavorazioni; 2. ⁠nell’appartamento quando siamo arrivati non c’era la carta igienica e neanche una bottiglia d’acqua da bere; 3. ⁠nel bagno c’era un cesto con degli asciugamani sporchi; 4. ⁠e sopratutto, nella camera da letto hanno lasciato la finestra aperta, che non si chiudeva perché rotta. Pertanto abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta."

"Mon séjour s’est très bien passé. Les indications pour accéder aux clés étaient claires et bien expliquées dans le document. L’appartement est vraiment parfait : propre, bien équipé et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. La chambre est impeccable et l’emplacement est pratique, à proximité d’une petite épicerie. La seule chose un peu compliquée a été l’échange concernant le paiement des frais de nettoyage, mais sinon tout était excellent."

As the room wasn't available through no fault of our own we thought we would get a refund but these guys refused to pay and held on to our money. Even after many emails and phone calla with hotels.com they kept ignoring us or refusing to pay. They are not decent...
