"Loved the amenities (spa, sauna, game room) and staff but the room needs much help. We had a 2 double beds on the first floor. The materesses didn't even fit the frame of the beds as they were smaller and left a gap and the matresses we're completely caved in and lumpy. We weren't a fan of the layout of the room as the bathroom sink is at the entrance of the room instead of in the bathroom (it was winter so our boots made a puddle where we're supposed to clean up). "They were doing renovation in the morning during one of our stay, no warning, no nothing. It is unacceptable and inconsiderate on our last day. Staff is friendly, but the room is a little older than most modern hotel. But my trip got ruined as I didn't get a good sleep on the last day."

"This place is misrepresented. There is no breakfast. The picture above is not the place. I had no safe parking available even though I called in advanced to confirm that it will be in fact available. The owners did all they could to convince me to park my car in the farthest corner through ice and unshoveled snow where I would get stuck either on the way in or out. I tried to shovel the snow myself to make parking possible . Eventually I had to park in the street with a fear of being towed....
