"The staff were very slow to do things like check in. The waiter for the bar never showed even though the request bell for their attendance had been pressed 4 times so we gave up and went out instead. We did not enjoy our stay."

"Great location, easy walking distance into the centre. Great room, great shower, great breakfast & very friendly & helpful staff. Also great safe parking (at a fee) Would stay there again if in Leon & would recommend the hotel to anyone."
