"Posizione molto centrale, a pochi passi dalle attrazioni e piazze principali. Personale preparato e disponibile, camera consegnata all’arrivo pronta prima dell’orario di check-in."

"Central location, close to everything."

"Overall good and very unique hotel, great location, very professional stuff, comfy bed, very clean. Unfortunately the rest is not up to the standard of 5☆ hotel. No USB port to be found, no carpet or rug in the room, just gray painted concrete floor. No coffee/tea maker (you have to call reception and ask) Very tasty breakfast but I've seen much better selection of food in 4☆ hotels. Advertised pool is laughable. "Centrale ligging, prima kamer, dagelijks schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken en airco."

At first, I was a little disappointed to learn that it was in the basement, since the listing I’d seen showed a terrace. But in the end, it didn’t matter. The basement had windows, and everything was so beautifully prepared that I forgot about it almost immediately"
