"Breakfast was great! Super clean hotel. The chlorine smell was pretty strong in the pool,it burned your eyes just being in there. Other than that it was great! "

"Never had drinks for guests. No vending and front desk was out both times we stayed. No ice bucket in room. No pool towels u less you sign out at desk"

"Room has dirty sheets with hair and bits of something, a dirty floor, and cigarette burns on the couch with a funny smell in the room. Had new sheets put on, they were also dirty with hair and yellow splotches. I asked for a new bottom sheet and for the room to be vacuumed, and I was moved rooms. The new room had clean sheets but a dirtier floor, a hair covered bathroom with ash on the floor, and what I think was blood around one of the door frames. The four in the new room was so bad that there was a couple coins on the floor, toothpicks, and even food garbage around the garbage pails in the kitchen. The front desk manager said that he would be giving me a lower rate but never did. Breakfast was not good, eggs were sitting in water and the potatoes were not fully cooked. Even the night person on the first night I was there, played the "sorry, I'm new" line and apparently knew nothing about the property when I asked a question. This place used to be so much better, they have gone downhill drastically"

"Our stay was great with only a minor inconvenience, the WiFi did not work and when I asked front desk for assistance there was little to no help at all. Issue was never resolved, front desk agent said she would reach out to 24hr support but we never heard back. Our room phone did not work also"

"The proper is in desperate need of a makeover. When we walked into check-in, we really weren't sure where the check-in desk was it is very small and hard to identify. The lobby is not welcoming and disorganized. It's also fairly dark. The room was clean however the small coffee station cream or sugar and it was very unclear how to make the coffee work. When I picked up the phone to try and call room service which was the whole reason I had selected that hotel I realized the phone while powered, had no dial Conan was not actually connected to the phone network. I had to call in through my cell phone and ask for room service. The food in the restaurant was OK. The staff was nice but not overly cell. Bathroom was clean, showerhead was totally inadequate. Last thing was the air conditioning barely cooled the room. I think there are much better places to stay near the airport. "
